Beasy Bureau is actively committed in the business training area.

It works in partnership with some training companies and it has created an innovative training project for the business world in cooperation with MCA, a business management company.

The originality of the project lies in the association between the “Dance Therapy” method and the “Action Learning” approach.

Starting with the assumption that, in every working environment, a healthy relational network is the essential condition towards working at one’s best, Dinamicamente®, our training project, has been conceived as an unconventional experience.

It alternates Dance Therapy activities with traditional class experiences and offers an original in- depth examination of interpersonal and organizational communication.

The goal of the course is to make participants aware of their emotional involvement within everyday working relationships and group dynamics.

Therefore, the pedagogical approach has been created in order to favour the involvement and the growth of the individual within the group, as it allows every participant to gain a personal understanding of those skills involved during the training course.

The course is held by a specialist in Business Management and by a Dance Therapist, and is oriented towards people who work in different teams and who need to improve the flow and the quality of their interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

One of the main goal of the course is to increase the chances of cooperation and exchange both within working teams and among different organizational units.
